RINGS FOR TAMPOGRAPHY
SINTERALL produces zirconium oxide rings for pad printing machines, they are diamond polished, have an extremely compact and smooth surface with a very high resistance to wear and a very low friction coefficient, ideal for closed system operations during pad printing applications. They do not rust as they are chemically inert, they are absolutely resistant to any type of washing, light and non-magnetic, present zero porosity, do not absorb odors, stain-resistant, anti-corrosion which means they are not attacked neither by acids nor alkalis.
We offer re-sharpening of worn or damaged rings.

REFRACTORIES AND POROUS CERAMICS
SINTERALL produces customer and special refractory parts for various applications. Refractory crucibles, shaped refractory supports, refractory containers of various sizes and geometries in small series. Refractory pieces in case of high temperatures.
SINTERALL produces ceramic spheres with incredibly low specific weight. It allows to obtain much better results compared to similar applications with hard metals or alloys. The porosity in the structure of the ceramic spheres is equal to zero, thus ensuring impermeability to gases and zero water absorption. The ceramic spheres are certainly among the best products available in the anti-abrasion field.
SINTERALL produces screws, bolts and ceramic studs, and even with the limits due to the lack of plasticity they become irreplaceable for those couplings that require resistance to wear, to UV and nuclear radiation, excellent heat dissipation or a bit less depending on the ceramic used, high temperatures exercise, up to 1600 ° C and excellent dielectric strength.
